Contrarily, in AR-mice, the exposure to increasing concentrations of MCh increased Penh levels. On the other hand, such levels were considerably reduced following single treatments with XG, the corticosteroid, antihistamine and the mast cell stabilizer. Additionally, XG and antihistamine co-administration showed an efficacious result comparable to corticosteroid standard care. Data are representative of at least three independent experiments.
