The bar-chart shows the distribution of unique miRNA:RBP pairs across different tissues. A total of 96.9% miRNA:RBP combinations were validated across all the eight tissue which were never considered before while dealing with data or reconstructing the networks. 49% of miRNA:RBP combinations existed in four or more tissue. Only 0.09% of random miRNA:RBP combinations were found in them whose just 0.04% combinations existed in four or more tissue. Fisher’s exact test between the distributions for combinations obtained from BNA and randomized combinations was found significant. Also, all one-to-one binomial tests were found significant (p<<0.05) between the BNA obtained and randomly obtained combinations.
