l-Lysine production by C. glutamicum LYS in CGXII, WSCH Lot1, and WSCH Lot2, each adjusted to provide 40 g L⁻¹ glucose. WSCH was supplemented with 20 g L⁻¹ ammonium sulfate and 42 g L⁻¹ MOPS. Cultivations were performed in the BioLector microcultivation system. Supernatants were analyzed after 120 h. Values and error bars represent means and standard deviations (n = of 3 cultivations).
