ROP4-rBVs immunization enhances antibody-secreting cell responses. The levels of IgG and IgA antibody-secreting cells were evaluated in spleen and MLN cells. A higher level of T. gondii-specific IgG was found in the group of mice immunized with the IN pathway compared to the Naive+Cha group (A, C). The group of mice immunized by the oral route is at a similar level to the Naive+Cha group. The group of mice immunized with the IN route responded significantly to T. gondii-specific IgA (B, D).
