Right medio-lateral oblique mammogram (a) and breast (b) and axillary (c) ultrasound (US) in a 53-year-old woman showing a 51-mm (T3) palpable mass of the upper-outer aspect of the right breast with enlarged ipsilateral axillary lymph node. The patient had a palpable mass since the end of February 2020 but delayed her consultation because of the COVID-19 outbreak. She finally underwent a US-guided biopsy on May 29, 2020, after the end of the lockdown revealing a triple-negative invasive carcinoma of non-specific type (NST) with axillary lymph node invasion
