Overweight female patient (51 years, BMI 29.8 kg/m2) with positive BRCA mutation status and ductal carcinoma in situ on the right breast and invasive ductal carcinoma on the left breast in the medical history. Bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy and immediate TMG flap breast reconstruction in two separate surgeries after successful breast cancer therapy. The patient had one procedure of lipofilling per breast.
