The PHQ-9 (Cohen's d = 1.95, 95% CI: 1.30–2.56), GAD-7 (Cohen's d = 1.83, 95% CI: 1.30–2.36) and PSQI (Cohen's d = 1.87, 95% CI: 1.32–2.41) scores of March were significantly lower than those of January in the iMBSR group.
