Coronary flow reserve to intracoronary adenosine was abnormal at 1.8. (B) Post-adenosine, a spontaneous coronary vasospasm (blue arrow) was visualized in the distal left anterior descending artery with reproduction of chest pain. (C) Intracoronary nitroglycerin resulted in resolution of the coronary vasospasm (green arrow) and chest pain.
