Human trophoblasts induce CXCR4⁺ pNK cells recruited from peripheral blood to adopt a dNK‐like phenotype. Purified pNK cells were cultured alone or with trophoblasts. FCM was performed to detect the expression of (A and B) excitatory (NKp30, NKp44 and NKp46) and inhibitory receptors (KIR2DL1, KIR3DL1, CD94), (C and D) anti‐inflammatory cytokines (IL‐4 and IL‐10) and pro‐inflammatory cytokines (IFN‐γ and TNF‐α), (E and F) Perforin and GraB in CXCR4⁺ pNK and CXCR4^– pNK cells. n = 10.
