A, B HepG2, PLC/PRF/5, and SNU-449 cells were treated for 48 h with the mETC complex I inhibitors (ROT Rotenone, Met Metformin) and complex III inhibitors (AMA Antimycin A, MYXO Myxothiazol) at different concentrations. Cell viability was quantified by MTT and Alamar Blue (N = 9). C, D HepG2, PLC/PRF/5, and SNU-449 cells were treated with Met and AMA at different concentrations, and the colony formation efficiency was calculated (N = 9). P-value was calculated by comparing with corresponding controls. Results are expressed as mean ± SD, and group differences were tested by Mann–Whitney U test.
