VPS9D1-AS1 affects ESCC via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. (A) Knockdown of VPS9D1-AS1 reduced the expression of key proteins in Eca109 and TE-13 cells, while Wnt/β-catenin pathway agonist CT99021 alleviated this effect. (B) Knockdown of VPS9D1-AS1 inhibited the colony‐forming ability in Eca109 and TE-13 cells, while CT99021 alleviated this effect.
