Chitosan and RKN modify P. chlamydosporia gene expression. Venn diagrams show a total of 80 upregulated (A) and 99 downregulated (B) genes when a threshold of ±2 in log₂ fold change is set and adjusted P‐value is taken into account (44.7% vs. 55.3%). Treatments: PcQ, P. chlamydosporia with chitosan (1 mg·ml⁻¹); PcRKN, P. chlamydosporia with M. javanica eggs (1 egg·μl⁻¹); PcRKNQ, P. chlamydosporia with M. javanica eggs (1 egg·μl⁻¹) and chitosan (1 mg ml⁻¹). All treatments were applied for 4 days.
