Virus binding of fiber‐modified FAdV‐4 to human cells. The viruses were allowed to bind to the cells for 2 hours at 4°C, and the amount of attached viruses was determined by real‐time PCR. (A) 293 cells, a representative of human adherent cells, were used as the target for the virus carrying RGD4C insertion (FAdV4F1IJR‐GFP) to bind. (B) Jurkat cells, a representative of human suspension cells, were used as the target for HAdV‐35 fiber pseudotyped FAdV‐4 (FAdV4FIJ35K‐EG) to bind. FAdV4‐GFP served as a control of unmodified FAdV‐4.
