Quantification of exosome-loaded miR-317b-5b loading in vivo. BALB/c tumor bearing mice were injected with each of the following: PBS (200 μL), unload exosomes (unload Exo; 30 μg), NC exosomes (NC Exo; 30 μg), and miR-317b-5b-loaded engineered exosomes (miR-317b-5b Exo; 30 μg).
