Visualization of the CEC calculation according to the (A) per-well method and (B) t0 method. Compared with the t0 method, the per-well method in addition requires the lysis of cells of all samples (Fig. 1). However, the advantage is that it accounts for the total fluorescence in the actual well instead of using a control as a surrogate.
