Classification for Sylvian fissure dilatation and high convexity tightness. Representative case 1 is rated as “normal” for absence of the high-convexity tightness and “severely dilated” for the Sylvian fissure dilation. Representative case 2 is rated as “extremely tight” for the high-convexity tightness and “severely dilated” for the Sylvian fissure dilation. Therefore, Representative case 2 shows the findings of disproportionately enlarged subarachnoid space hydrocephalus (DESH)
