Glutaraldehyde cross-linking analysis of Rnt1 derivatives. Pure Rnt1 (A), ΔN-term (B), N-term (C), and dsRBD (D) were incubated in increasing concentrations of glutaraldehyde–500 mM KCl. The reaction mixtures were incubated for 10 min and then loaded on SDS-polyacrylamide gels and silver stained. The positions of monomer, dimer, and multimer are shown on the right.
