H&E staining of major organs after repeat injection of peptide and particles. Mice were injected IV with (i) PBS, (ii) CP, (iii) D-melittin 2 mg/kg or (iv) DMM 5 mg peptide/kg every 4th day for a total of 3 injections. Twenty-four hours after the 3rd injection, organs were harvested and processed for H&E staining, and evaluated by a blinded third-party. Overall, there were no identified treatment-related changes.
