Are also included: ∙ PWED that have a dementia of neurodegenerative and/or vascular etiology ∙ People with a clinically probable neurocognitive disease ∙ People with mild cognitive impairments ∙ The PWED is informed about the diagnosis by their physician Are excluded: ∙ People with fronto-temporal dementia ∙ People with anosognosia |
| Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) > 20 or Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 20 or Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR < 1.5) |
Are also included: ∙ PWED retaining sufficient decision-making capacity to document advance directives according to their treating physician or nurse. ∙ People which diagnosis was communicated at least 6 months before being contacted for the study |
