In [¹⁸F]-F-PSMA-1007 PET, the paraureteral iliac extern lymph node metastasis is clearly depictable in both the MIP (D) and the axial (E) and coronal fused (F) PET/CT images (green arrow). Please note several other concordant malignancy-associated findings: local tumor recurrence in the left prostatic lobe, infracarinal and left-hilar lymph node metastases.
