(B) Morphology as shown by acridine orange staining. BL41 cells treated with cisplatin for 16 h (center) all have a characteristic apoptotic morphology. Untreated BL41 and cisplatin-treated BL41/B95.8 cells show the regular nuclear morphology of healthy proliferating B cells.
