Effect of LK intake on HCTZ-induced changes in absolute (EK) and fractional (FEK) K+ excretion in male and female mice. HCTZ was given by iv bolus injection (30 mg/kg) after two 30-min baseline urine collections. Urinary K+ excretion was monitored for 90 min after HCTZ administration.
