HEI-2015 scores were calculated using the population ratio method.
Standard errors and differences in scores derived from true and reported intake were constructed using a Monte Carlo approach using macros available from the National Cancer Institute (https://epi.grants.cancer.gov/hei/sas-code.html). T-tests were used to determine if each difference was different from zero.
