Cytokine levels in the culture supernatant of ARPE-19 cells incubated with 7.81 μg/mL, 31.3 μg/mL, 0.125 mg/mL and 0.50 mg/mL of aflibercept or no concentration as control for 24 h (A–H) in the dark or (I–P) under light irradiation. Five groups consisted of four aflibercept-exposed cultures and control. In the dark culture, (A) cytokine levels among 5 groups were compared by non-repeated measures ANOVA. (B–H) Dunnett’s test was used for multiple comparisons of cytokine levels between each aflibercept-exposed culture and control. In the light-irradiated culture, (I) cytokine levels among 5 groups were compared.
