Effects of DMF, TMF, PMF, and QC (positive control) on cell viability in HDFs. HDFs were plated in 96-well plates at a density of 1 × 104 cells/well and starved with serum-free media for 24 h. Next, the cells were treated with specific concentrations of the sample for 24 h. Cell viability was determined using the Ez-Cytox kit.
