(B) Location of nucleus with respect to normalized cell length. Each point corresponds to the average of the nucleus positions of one cell over 5 time points. Graphs represent mean ± SEM of 12 cells (in static) and 13 cells (in motile) from 1–4 independent experiments per condition. For each cell, the measurements at 5 different time points (0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min) were averaged. For statistics, a two-tailed Student’s t-test with unequal variance was used (** p < 0.01).
