Equal amounts of [35S]methionine-labeled CDKs (shown in the left lanes of each panel) were incubated with GST-PC3, GST-p21, or GST-p16, as indicated. Bound proteins were eluted and analyzed by SDS-PAGE (6% polyacrylamide for cdc2, 9% polyacrylamide for CDK2 and CDK6, and 12% polyacrylamide for CDK4) and autoradiography.
