The ProRSx gene is colocalized with an unknown tRNA gene. Schematic diagrams show the genomic regions of three Streptomyces species, where the ProRSx gene is located adjacent to a gene encoding an atypical variant of tRNAPro, which we named tRNAProA. The possible operon also includes lmbE, WbqC, and GTA; putative genes encoding a N-acetylglucosaminyl deacetylase; an O antigen; and a glycosyltransferase.
