Survival rates of a mouse model immunized with traditional vaccines, after challenge with the serogroup B strain. All mice were challenged with a culture of virulent P. multocida C44-1 strain (12 LD50/mouse) by the intraperitoneal route. The mice were observed for 14 days post-challenge.
