Based on the transcriptome data, genome-wide analysis of developmental and tissue expression profiles was conducted in the silkworm and was deposited in SilkDB3.0 [43]. In this study, we downloaded the expression data (https://silkdb.bioinfotoolkits.net/base/download/ (accessed on 1 July 2021)) and extracted the corresponding expressions for the silkworm HSP70/HSC70 genes. Eight of them have expression data and were presented in (A–C). (D) Tissue expressions were detected by RT-PCR on day 3 of the fifth-instar larvae. The silkworm cytoplasmic actin A3 gene was used as an internal control and abbreviated as actin3.
