VV-GMCSF-Lact cytotoxic activity against human glioblastoma cells in vitro. Cells were infected with the recombinant virus (0.0012–10.0 PFU/cell) and incubated for 72 h. The 50% cytotoxic dose (CD50) was evaluated for each cell line using the Deep Blue Cell Viability kit. Statistical analysis included the results of three independent experiments. Significant differences between groups are presented in Table A1.
