Effect of GCSF on the expression levels of interstitial pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in AML- and CYT-treated mice. Mice were treated as described in Figure 2. To characterize the type of macrophages present in the interstitial tissue of all examined groups, we evaluated the expression levels of IL-10 (anti-inflammatory cytokine) (A) and IL-12A (pro-inflammatory cytokine) (B) in the interstitial tissue using qPCR analysis using specific primers for each factor. qPCR results of each marker are presented as fold of increase compared to the control group (CT).
