ERα-dependent effect of DEP on cyclin expression. MCF-7 cells were treated with DEP 10−5 M for 24 h (A) or 72 h (B) in the presence or absence of End (10−6 M, 1 h before) pre-stimulation, and the protein expression levels of cyclin D1 (Cyc D1; A’,B’) and cyclin B1 (Cyc B1; A”,B”) were evaluated by Western blot. Data show representative Western blot images of at least four experiments (upper panels) and the corresponding densitometric analysis (bottom panels).
