Comparison of the effects of (±)-NBI 74330 and NVP CXCR2 20 (100 nM; each) on the mRNA (A,B) and protein (C–F) levels of select interleukins (IL-1β and IL-18) and signaling pathways (p38 and ERK1/2) in microglial (A–F) cell cultures. The RT-qPCR and Western blot data are presented as the means ± SEM (3–4 independent experiments). The results were evaluated using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s test. ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001 for the comparison of the control group (vehicle-treated nonstimulated cells) with all groups. # p < 0.05, ## p < 0.01, and ### p < 0.001 for the comparison of vehicle-treated LPS-stimulated cells with all groups. & p < 0.05 and &&& p < 0.001 for the comparison of NBI with NVP groups.
