(C) Gene set enrichment analysis: Pre-ranked gene set enrichment analysis was performed using fgsea R package (v1.8.0) with REACTOME gene sets downloaded from MSig database [18]. Genes were ranked using: sgn(log₂FC) × −log₁₀ P. For our analysis, we applied a minimum gene set size of 10 genes and performed the analysis using 500 permutations.
