Effects of Gardenia jasminoides water (GJW) and 70% ethanol (GJE) extracts on allergy symptoms, nasal lavage fluid cells, and serum parameters. The AR mice were orally administered with GJW, GJE or DEX once daily, and anesthetized and euthanized 24 h after the last treatment. Allergy symptoms such as sneezing (A) and rubbing (B) scores were recorded at the time of the final intranasal treatment. Eosinophil (C) and total cell counts (D) were measured in the nasal lavage fluid.
