12 proteins were identified with at least twice higher abundance in CG31030V5 flies compared to the w1118 control in three independent co-immunoprecipitation experiments with anti-V5 antibodies, followed by mass spectrometry analysis. Among these proteins, three are known to be constitutive or accessory subunits of the V-ATPase complex: ATP6AP2, Vha100-1 and VhaAC39-1.
