The expression and GSEA analysis of the three selected m5C RNA methylation regulators. The expression of TRDMT1 (A), NSUN6 (B) and ALKBH1 (C) in tumors and adjacent no-tumor tissues from patients with colon cancer; GSEA results indicating TRDMT1 (D), NSUN6 (E) and ALKBH1 (F) all participated in MAPK signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway and calcium signaling pathway (**p < 0.01).
