In the initial stage, a maximum of 10 NCIP candidate proposals were selected based on the ranked weighted area (from largest to smallest) resulted from target segmentation processes. The selected NCIP candidates were used to train the C-Net iteratively. During the training, the candidate proposals were randomly selected from the first 50 proposals at each iteration.
