Kinetic parameters of FOXO4 and TP53 binding to ES2 peptide ligand at 30οC. Kinetic rate constants were derived by fitting the experimental data to 1:1 Langmuir binding model in ForteBio Data Analysis HT 10.0 evaluation software. ka is the association rate, kd is the dissociation rate and KD the equilibrium dissociation constant. For each analyte (FOXO4 or TP53), kinetic parameters were derived from a global analyses of six ES2 immobilized Streptavidin sensors each dipped into a different concentration of analyte ranging from 6.25-200 nM. NB – no binding.
