RFWD3 was up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines. (A) The expression levels of RFWD3 in colorectal cancer tumor tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining. (B) Data mining of TCGA database showed that expression of RFWD3 was relatively higher in colorectal cancer tissues compared with normal tissues. (C) A positive correlation between RFWD3 level and Ki-67 expression was observed in ENCORI Pan-Cancer Analysis Platform. (D) Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed to reveal the relationship between RFWD3 expression and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. (E,F) The mRNA and protein expression of RFWD3 in colorectal cancer cell lines was evaluated by qRT-PCR (E) and western blot (F).
