Atazanavir 2 (9.1%) 0 P.O, 300 mg daily for 14 days
Dexamethasone 1 (4.5%) 19 (86.4%) I.V, 8 mg every 8 h, daily according to patient's status.
Aspirin (ASA) 4 (18.2%) 0 P.O, 80 mg daily.
Vancomycin 1 (4.5%) 0 I.V, 1 gr, twice a Day (BD) for 10 days.
Meropenem 1 (4.5%) 0 I.V, Meropenem 1gr every 8 h for 5 days.
