Effect of CR on renal function in SD rats with CIN. SD rats were pretreated with CR for 4 weeks. CIN was induced by the intravenous injection of the CM iopromide (1.8 g/kg). Serum samples were collected at the indicated times after CM injection. Serum Cr (a) and BUN (b) were measured 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after CM injection. (c) CCr was measured 24 h after CM injection.
