(A and B) U2OS cells were transfected with 5 μg of either the G5 TK CAT or G0 TK CAT reporter plasmids and 250 ng of the indicated Gal4 p300 expression plasmids. (C) 293 cells were transfected with 100 ng of the indicated Gal4 p300 fusion proteins. Whole-cell lysates were prepared, resolved by SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted with anti-Gal4 antibody. (D) U2OS cells were transfected with 5 μg of the G5 TK CAT reporter plasmids and 250 ng of the indicated Gal4 or Gal4 CBP (1019-1082) expression plasmids.
