Lut promotes the antitumor effect of Dox in 4T1 and MDA-MB-231 cells. (A) 4T1 and (B) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with Dox or Dox added with Lut (40 μM) at concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 μM for 24 h. MTT assays were performed, and cell viability was determined. Photographs and quantification of wounds, colony formation, and cell migration to (C,E,G) 4T1 and (D,F,H) MDA-MB-231 cells treated with Dox (2 μM) or Dox added with Lut (40 μM).
