(A) MDA-MB-453 and BT-474 cells were treated with 10, 20, 40 or 80 µM delphinidin or DMSO. Relative cell numbers were determined using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay after 48 h. ^#P<0.05 vs. control; ^{^}P<0.05 vs. 20 µM; ⁺P<0.05 vs. 40 µM; *P<0.05 vs. 80 µM.
