• Aspects regarding confidentiality of patient data records that could be accessed by other entities involved in SP.

• Expected low patient adherence rates.

• HP’ Focus Group:

○ Limited activity offered (especially due to COVID-19 pandemic);

○ Bureaucratic issues: very long waiting times when connecting with providers.

• Patient interview:

○ Time required for the patient to dedicate to the activities prescribed;

○ Possible associated financial costs.
