Six- to 8-week-old female K18 hACE2 transgenic mice (n = 5) were treated (i.p.) with 25 mg/kg of IgG isotype control, hMAb 1212C2, or hMAb 1213H7 and infected with 10⁴ PFU of rSARS-CoV-2 Venus (left), rSARS-CoV-2 mCherry SA (middle), or both rSARS-CoV-2 Venus and rSARS-CoV-2 mCherry SA (right).
