The neighbor-joining method was used to construct the trees by the Kimura-2-parameter model. The numbers on the branches are percent bootstrapping values from 1000 replicates, with values of more than 50% shown in the tree. Each sequence is identified by its accession number, subtypes, host origin, and country. Genotypes marked with black triangles are known genotypes identified in this study, respectively.
