FACS-based assay to measure flavonoids' virucidal activity against DENV-3. For each sample, 10,000 events were collected and analyzed. Among the 10,000 events, the FITC-positive population for each sample was shown. The percentage of inhibition was calculated as the percentage of infected cells with flavonoid treatment compared to the percentage of infected cells without flavonoid treatment. Results were represented as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM) from triplicate assays determined from three independent experiments.
